that's only a little over!. the average for you height and age is around 120!. you only need to lose a few pounds, you are still growing, dont lose too much, i'd say dont lose more than 6 pounds!. that should only take around three weeks!. if you are that concerned take a look at this site!. it does have a meal plan, but you dont have to use that, just stay within the calorie, fat, carb, protein range they give you!. if you go a little over or a little under the range that's fine too, i do it all the time!. make sure you exercise, drink lots of water, and take you daily vitamins!.

Trust me, you are NOT fat!. Instead of saying you're fat, focus on trying to be more fit!. Tone up this summer!. Maybe create a fun work out plan that YOU like!. Then your goal will not be to lose a whole bunch of weight, it will be to tone up and be healthy!.
I'm 16 and I'm very close to your weight, but an inch taller!. At times I think that I'm fat, but I can't do anything about my hips! So I just try to tone up and eat healthy!. When you call yourself fat, it's so unmotivating!. Don't put yourself down, just work at being more toned and BE POSITIVE!!!!!

My niece is 13 and 4 foot 11!. wow!. either shes REALLY short or your really tall!. Anyways!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. Exercise more, eat right, dont be stressed, and drink water!. or!.!.!. go on a diet!. DO NOT do one where you eat nothing at all becasue you will actually GAIN weight so you dont wanna do that and also try this one: dont eat anything, but when you get hungry, eat iceberg lettuce and drink water!.my friend did this and dropped 10 lbs!. OR dont eat anything but when you get hungry drink either cranberry juice (also helps your nails health and makes em grow) or lemonade!. Hope this helps and good luck! If you want to lose weight start to eat healthy like e!.g lots of fruit and vegitables and get outside and excerize, join a team sport!.

You dont need to lose weight and since your young you need fat for the healthy development of your brain tissues and muscle and growth!. But if you strongly think you need to, talk to your parents to contact your family doctor!. He or She will be the one that would knowWww@Answer-Health@Com

If you want to burn fat in my experiences squats are the best way to do it!. Your local high school or any fitness center would have a squat machine available!. Biking is also a great cardio workout to get your heart-rate high before you start pumping out the squats!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
