How much fat is in turkey cold cuts??
I bought cold cuts from the deli and it doesn't have the nutrient facts. I need to know the fat and saturated fat content for a serving (whatever a serving size may be)
Answers:
Usually in a 2 oz serving of turkey slices there are only 2 or 3 grams of fat. Probably 1 or 2 of which are saturated fat. But remember, a serving isn't like what the put on sandwiches at delis or restaurants.
