Lose 6 inches in 2 weeks?!


Question: Lose 6 inches in 2 weeks!?
So sorry for the misleading title

I'm going on vacation in five weeks (June 26) and I really need to lose two to three inches off my waist and two to three inches off my hips and 15 pounds!. I'd also like to get thinner thighs and arms!. I don't want to build muscle, so no weights please!

I'm going to start going on the treadmill: 20 minutes of running and 10 minutes of walking, five days a week!. I'm also going to to cardio in the pool for 30 to 45 minutes at least three days a week (only touching the pool floor when I get in and out of the pool)!. What other cardio can I do without using equipment!? Like jumping jacks in my room or something!.

I'm also on a 1200 calorie diet!. I talked to my doctor and since on a normal basis I only 1500 calories, 1200 wasn't too low!. I know to stretch before working out and all that, but is there anything I can do to help to lose that two inches and 15 pounds in five weeks!? I'll try anything (as long as I don't have to buy anything, I'm only 14)

Jumping rope is a huge cardio blast!. 10 minutes of jumping rope is equal to 30 minutes of jogging!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

use the cross trainer at the gym aswell!.!. for like 30 mins each time!.!.!. so do 30 mins cross trainer, 20 mins running, 10 mins walking, even do cycling if u have the energy or do a Dance class at the gym, burns off loads of calories, other than that just eat well!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

find a doctor in your are that offers "optifast" you can only get it through a doctor its 800 calories a day 5 shakes a day!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
