I REALLY need to lose 15 pounds in 4 1/2 weeks? DESPERATE??!

Question: I REALLY need to lose 15 pounds in 4 1/2 weeks!? DESPERATE!?!?
I'm going on vacation in five weeks (June 26) and I really need to lose two to three inches off my waist and two to three inches off my hips and 15 pounds!. I'd also like to get thinner thighs and arms!. I don't want to build muscle, so no weights please!

I'm going to start going on the treadmill: 20 minutes of running and 10 minutes of walking, five days a week!. I'm also going to to cardio in the pool for 30 to 45 minutes at least three days a week (only touching the pool floor when I get in and out of the pool)!. What other cardio can I do without using equipment!? Like jumping jacks in my room or something!.

I'm also on a 1200 calorie diet!. I talked to my doctor and since on a normal basis I only 1500 calories, 1200 wasn't too low!. I know to stretch before working out and all that, but is there anything I can do to help to lose that two inches and 15 pounds in five weeks!? I'll try anything (as long as I don't have to buy anything, I'm only 14)

ThanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

Everyone loses weight at a different speed!. It depends on your metabolism!. If you have a high metabolism you can lose weight faster and if it is slower you lose weight slower!. Sorry I couldn't really help more!. You seem to be doing the right things though!. I hope you meet your goal! Have fun on your vacation!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am just curious what happens when you come back from your vacation- the old routine and the weight comes back!? more than likely you'll weigh even more and it will be that much harder to lose the next time around!.

You are better off not putting deadlines on weight loss- focus on healthy lifestyle habits you plan to maintain for the rest of your life!. I've supplied the link for healthy eating guidelines and you need 30 minutes of cardio on most days of the week until you are old and feeble!.

You do both and you'll never be putting deadlines on wt loss again!.

Did i mention that cardio does NOT speed up wt loss!? It's a valuable component but does not help you lose wt any faster!.
