Answers:
Breakfast: Add another slice of ww toast, and use some butter or peanutbutter on it, as the diet you've reported here is deficient in fats, in dairy/calcium foods, in fruits, in vegetables and in beans/legumes/pulses!. I would also suggest eating lots of veggies with your eggs whenever you eat them, as they're good for you, they go brilliantly with eggs, and it makes for a much more rounded (and delicious) diet!. Some cheese in here, like Asiago (which is very flavour-dense/portion size) would also do you well unless you're allergic to dairy or cow foods!. If you are, use a Sheep's milk romano or goat cheese!. There's a need in this diet for at least 2 more servings of fruit and several of veggies!. Add a couple of V-8's to this roster!.

Lunch: Add more veggies to the wrap/sandwich including tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, pickles, peppers, black olives, sprouts, etc etc etc!. I'd add cheese or hummus to the sandwich as well and some mayo if you really want to up the calories!. Add a piece of fruit and some veggie stix as well, or a handful of crackers like Triscuits or Wheat Thins or pretzels, with something to dip them into if you like!.

Dinner: Add tons of veggies to this, and consider upping the 1c quantity to 1 1/2 or 2 cups or more!. Add a dessert like a sorbet or a coconut Frozefruit bar, so that part of all ourselves that wants and needs wet, fruity, sweet , cool and delicious treats is not ignored and left unfed!.

How old are you!? How much do you currently weigh, and how tall are you!? These will all give me a better sense of what to tell you!. Remember this also, if you get to thin, you will stop menstruating, you will be weak and your calcium and hormonal balances will be effected!. This can and will lead to osteopenia and quite possibly and easily osteoporosis later in life, so be careful about just exactly what you're doing here!. Women NEED some fat in their diet to be healthy and well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need some good fats, like Olive Oil, and some vitamins, and to pump up the calories a little bit with maybe a snack with a bit of protein to it; a few (like 3 or 4) saltines with a couple tablespoons of peanut butter (180 cal!. for the PB and about 100 or less cal for the crackers) oughta do the trick!. That would bring you up to 1343 calories, which is low enough to be a weight-loss diet!. 2000 calories would maintain your weight!. 1600 or less would help you gradually lose weight!. Please don't starve yourself!. Your body is getting used to a restricted calorie diet, and you may actually put on some weight, because your body thinks it is starving, and will take everything you eat and turn it into fat!. Seriously!. Undereating is JUST AS BAD as overeating!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

maybe you can add something else 2 each meal for example
breakfast: add 1 more slice of wheat toast unbuttered and
for lunch:an apple to goalong with the turkey wrap and for dinner:a salad on the side
snacks:thinsations is a good snack only 100 cals
or crisp delights 90 calsWww@Answer-Health@Com
