Whats a good metabolism rate?
My metabolism rate is 1439. Is dat good or is dat slow. I am a lil pass 5'2" and weight 133

where did you get that? and how old are you?
it has to be amount of calories needed for weight loss for you because i dont believe its for maintenance (which would be around 2000cal - i checked to be sure)
There is no "good" or "bad" metabolism rate- it depends on how old you are, your height, weight, sex, activity level.
the more muscle the faster it will be (more calories your body will need to function)
