it is not good!. Almost all the calories come from sugar, but often this is added sugar and not from apples!. Plus fermented sugar is not as healthy (even if it were from the fruits) as it owuld be if you just ate a fruit (which is comprised of natural sugars which ARE healthy)!. I would stay away from it!.
