Answers:

Hey, stop eating cereal for lunch. Every good eating program has variety. You want to learn how to eat responsibly for the rest of your life. I have to recommend Weight Watchers which is an exceptionally healthy program and you will be taught how to stay slim for the rest of your life. What you have just done is called yo-yo dieting. After you are finished you usually regain your weight and then gain even more because of the body's self-preservation factor. Your body felt like it was in a starvation mode so now it must store fat to compensate (It comes from when our ancestors had to endure times of famine). If you go on a healthy diet you will not have this problem. You need five to six servings of fruits and vegetables daily (a serving is 1/2 cup), 10 oz of good quality protein (since you are male), two or three servings of whole grains (a serving is one slice bread, 1/2 cup brown rice or pasta, 3 cups of popcorn etc.) Stay away from sugar and white carbs. Use butter very sparingly (not more than a Tablespoon per day) You also need three glasses of skim or 1% milk every day. If you can't go to Weight Watchers yourself, you will lose weight if you follow these guidelines. If you are still hungry (That is not good) eat more fruits and vegetables. This will work! Good luck!
