Hello!. I am 13 years old!. I way about 123 and i would like to weight about 110!. Dont state the obvious like watch what you eat!. Any tips!. or diets that allow teens!. thanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

once you stop you will automatically gain weight
so you should just watch what you eat
try more fruits and veggies
instead of using plain whit bread
go for the nutty whole grain
less sugar more organic stuff
and go excercize more
try running reguraly

At 13 you shouldn't worry about losing weight unless your severely obese (you are not)!. Just be patient, you will start having growth spurts and everything will even itself out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

eat fruits as much as possible
try to limit junk foods
smoothies fill you up faster than juices

drink lots of water so you lose your appetite whenever you eat, trust me it works :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
