I am a really skinny woman but I have weight in my butt that is mostly body fat. How can i lose it in a healthy way?

Genetics play a role in where we store the fat in our bodies.
Even thou you are thin, losing a few pounds will also make you lose in the area where fat is stored. i.e.: butt.
Doing exercise that will firm and compact your hiney will make it look slimmer, higher, and tighter.
Try squats and lunges.
