Question: Good way to lose 10 pounds!?
well, im fourteen and i weigh 121 pounds!. i feel very uncomfortable!. i want to keep my weight at 110!. whats a good and quick way to lose the weight and to keep it off!?

"quick"does not apply to healthy weight loss!. You'll need a caloric deficit of around 500 calories a day to lose a pound a week- that would be 200-300 eliminated from your diet per day, along with 200-300 burned daily through physical activity!. If you are able to do that you should drop about a pound a week- equal to 3,500 calories!.

we don't know your height so have no idea if you are skinny or not!. Cutting calories at your age is tricky- just make sure you are not removing "nutritious" calories- soda, chips, fast food, desserts are the types of foods that need to go!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

im 13 and i also feel what your going through i used to weigh 130 pounds and i lost 10 pounds eating heathy & woerking out!.
all i had to do was a walk or a jog everyday!.

just replace most of your meals with cereal and skim milk
