Question: I want legs, a butt, and abs that look good in a swimsuit, but I don't know where to start!?
I know it's a little late, but the parties that I go to that celebrates the end of the school year and all that are usually near the end of June!. So what are some exercises/regimens that work quickly but are effective and work!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

squats
do lots of them
and there are lots of varieties
such as: prison squat, pistol squat, walk up some stairs while doing squats, carrying some weights while doing squats!.
they're most effective because the biggest muscles are used!.

also do some interval training!.!.!.
like go on a treadmill walk at a slow pace for 5 minutes then
sprint full speed for 1 minute, go slow for 2 minutes, back to full speed
and repeat

proper diet is a has a greater impact than exercise!.
eat a BIG breakfast ~300-400 calories
a smaller lunch
and an even smaller dinner

remember to rest lots or you will be too sore/ tired for your next workout
