Snacking while on diet?!

Snacking while on diet?

Hi,

I'm trying out the "Special K" diet, Special K for breakfast and lunch and a normal dinner. I had my baby 6 weeks ago, and I really need to shed the pounds, I'm about 19 pounds more than my ideal weight, I was already 11 pounds more than I wanted to be before I got pregnant.

What I need to know is... Because I get dizzy when I am hungry (low blood sugar), is eating fruit OK? Is fruit fattening at all? How about water, it's very hot where I live, can drinking about 3 litres of water a day make me put on weight?

They suggest snacking on Special K cereal bars, but I can't really afford that!

I'm not fat anyway, I'm just not the weight I want to be. (Look at my 360º if you don't believe it.)

hEY HUN, DONT GET UPSET AT THE rude ANSWERS. So people are just PRICKS......Anyway fruit is fine to have with a snack, and yes you need water anyway, so dont worry about that, your diet and some routine exercise will help you shed the pounds easily, BELIEVE ME I KNOW, MY FIANCE' IS A PERSONAL TRAINER.

JUST STICK TO YOUR DIET, AND DONT GIVE UP, YOU CAN DO IT.

BE PATIENT AND SOON YOU WILL HAVE YOUR PRE-PREGNANCY BODY BACK!
