Question: Whats best to eat more of in a diet, plz choose!?
dairy, such as meals like cheese and fruit or veggies or even smoothies or yogurts with granola
or
one for digestive health foods like yogurt, prunes, lemon water, pectin type fruits and easy to digest veggies
or
one of nuts in every single meal like nuts top of yogurt parfait or alone as a snack or with fruit with a salad etc!.!.
or this last one
soy products, things full of soy ingredients, like tofu shakes or tofu pudding dairy free yogurts, all with fruits or alone or with veggies or soy nuts, soy cheese on vegan burgers ect!.!.!.

which do u think is best!. these are complete meals just which item can u eat the most to have a healthy diet its actually a study i want to perform thank you for your responsesWww@Answer-Health@Com

it all depends on what you're looking to do!. Say you want to tone up!.!. or gain muscle!.!. then your gonna want to pick the one with the most protein and iron!.

if you want to lose weight then your going to want a diet with lean meats (if you eat meat) veggies, fruits, and low in fat foods

if you're looking to cleanse your body you're going to want to go with the vegan options and the lemon water

if your looking to boost metabolism go with the easy to digest foods

Well if you mean for a specific period of time like as a particular diet, it depends on the person's bodily needs/ symptoms, but as an everyday diet, one has to get protein, healthy fats, vits & minerals, friendly bacteria for the digestive tract, antioxidants, fibre, etc!. in his diet!.!.!. I would say the last one cos it includes fresh fruits & veggies as well!.!.!.

I have found that to eliminate bloat and keep the pipes flowing, more veggies and fruits!. Not together though!. Eat fruit in the morning with whole grain cereal or oatmeal, or alone!. Make veggies,sald greens two thirds of your plate w/lunch or dinner!. Limit ice cream,chocolate,sweets but don't deprive yourself! Nuts are a great source of protien!. One of my favorite snacks is an apple w/peanut butter as a dip!. Make these changes and you'll feel and look a whole lot better!. Soy products aren't necessarily "Diet" foods!. I like the tofu idea and the nut ides!. Just remember nuts are healthy, only when they are not cooked!. I think you should also, drink a lot of water, because it fills you up!. Soups are a good way to be full and not gain weight!. Also, eat a lot of fruits and veggiesWww@Answer-Health@Com
