Question:

Best way to reduce redness in face after exercising?

I plan on taking Dance as my PE class next year. I would like to use this class to loose weight, so I really want to work hard in this class. I am not THAT out of shape, but it seems like 15 minutes after I start exercising my face is beet red, even if I'm working out at a comfertable level. I don't want to walk around school with a red face, so does anyone have any suggestions to make the redness quickly go away after I stop exercising? Thank you!
