Should I workout today? I'm still sore...?
I worked my lower body hard on Tuesday and I'm still sore. Does that mean my muscles havnt recovered? Should I workout today (Friday)?

I'm trying to gain muscle.

Get some exercise. The you feel is the sign of a godd work out. But instead of whatever you did that has you feeling this way, it might be better you do some stretching or jogging. (If you jogged yesterday, do the same distance at a slower rate, to avoid the risk of throwing out your knees).
