how right explain this i' ve been eating nothing but healthy foods for a month and going to the gym twice a day a session in the morning and anotherone in the afternoon i eat nothing but salads fish chicken anything that is healthy also been avoiding junk food what am trying to say is yesterday i lost 4 pounds and then today i put it all back on why does this keep happening to me i go from losing the pounds from putting it on like a yoyo.

Please.......... Could just be water retention.. Dont always go by the scale.. judge yourself by your clothing. Continue to eat healthy and continue to exercise and the mirror will tell you what you need to know.
