ok im 14, 6'1, and weigh about 175pounds ( size 32 american size ) i am going to california in 2 months and need to lose weight around the tummy area ( it looks like like it is between the 2nd and 3rd ) http://www!.brisbanetimes!.com!.au/ffximage!.!.!.

it takes 3500 calories to amount to one pound of weight loss!.

Since the daily recommended caloric intake is 2000, you should aim for about 1800 per day!. Keep it strictly healthy foods: essential fatty acids instead of saturated and trans fats so like flax oil, peanut butter, sesame seeds, and nuts instead of animal fats; lean meats for protein like turkey, chicken and lamb; WHOLE GRAIN carbohydrates/breads instead of white breads, and lots of fruits and vegetables!.

then, you should exercise about an hour a day!. It can be anything that gets your heart rate up- running, swimming, power walking, jump roping, etc!. Try to hit about 70% of your maximum heart rate!. (220-age is roughly your max heart rat This is the optimum fat burning range!. This will burn you about 400-500 calories!. If you stick to eating 1800 per day, and burn 500 doing exercise, you will be down 700 calories a day in total!. This means that you will be down 3500 every five days, so you will lose a pound every five days!. It can go faster with more exercise, but gradual weight loss is the best!. Don't eat any "junk!." It is very hard to do at first, but if you are serious about losing weight, you must resist the temptation!. Just keep reminding yourself of the benefits!. if your really serious then you need to do some serious working out!. i would focus on lots of serious cardio!. for example, if you live by a track that has bleachers you could run a mile, each time run up and down the bleachers, continue running the lap, at the center of the curve do 25 jumping jacks and crunches!. eat really healthy!. go to gnc and get a 24 hour detox thing and do that, i lost 7 pounds that way!. try the 8 minute ab video on youtube!. just remember to eat healthy, drink plenty of water, and lots of cardio!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you want to lose weight it can be fast, but you can try to eat healthy foods such as apples, bananas, and other fruits!. Try to the most execise you can think about!. I used to be fat but know I'm in the line!. Try to run everyday, and walk up stairs!.don't eat chocolate or sugars, that will ruin your body!. Start running!. At least do interval running and walking!. Cut out all suger and refined carbs!. Like bread!. Just eat healthy!. Lots of chicken and vegges!. Have at least one cheat day so you dont binge!. Work out with weights to increase muscle to increase metabolism!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
