Will a two hour walk really make a difference for me?

I am 16 years old, and weigh 126.. i want to lose a bit of eight just to get in shape... i strated sleeping well, and eating right. will this make a difference if i have a breakfast by 6:30am ... and walk for two hours... ?

Jenny, two hours will make a hell of a difference! But I don't think that this is the way to go. SImply run for about 35 minutes, NON-STOP (this is very important) - say for about 6km and I guarantee, in no time you will lose fat (and weight). I lost 12kgs within 3 months using this technique (about 24lb)

Also eating healthy simply means NOT eating anything fried, or eating absolute junk (e.g. krispy creams doughnuts) you should only eat meats that are baked or grilled.
