Question: Weight lossss!?
I am 15 and im 6'0" and 240 lbs!.
ive been trying to lose weight!. But ive been steadily in the 235-240 range for a while!. ive cut out fast food and soda COMPLETLEY since december!. im wondering what exercises would help alot!. and the amount of time i should do them each day or each week!.

I run and it helps, fat will melt off of you!. Try to run an hour a day 3-5 days a week!. Don't forget to stretch!. The days you don't run, do some weight training to tone up!. Lift light loads a lot of times!. Don't life heavy loads or you will bulk up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
