Weight loss?

How much weight could you lose if you didnt eat anything for a week and just did weight training?


Answers:

Don't stop eating. Your muscles, tissues, cells needs nutrients and you can't starve them. If you didn't eat and worked out by lifting weights, you will faint because you have no sugar/carbohydrates in your body.

Eat less by only eating twice a day. Breakfast and in the afternoon is the only time that I find will help you lose weight and stay full at the same time without doing much harm to your body.
