Question: Kk soo help me out here!.!.!.please!? losing weight!.!.!.!?
helloo guys!.!.!.i am a 13 year old girl who is 5'5" and weighs about 113 pounds!. i want to lose weight reallly really soon!.!.!.like idk withiin the next week!. soo this may not be the most healthy way but ok!.!.!.starting tomorrow!.!.!. i am going for a long run!.!.!.drinking LOTS of green tea and water!.!.!.not eating very much like
no breakfast
lunch: some soup (like a cup)
dinner: something small again
sooo if i do this and i have like an hour and a half of exercise every day!.!.!.how fast will i lose weight!? and i know that my weight falls in the "healthy" category, but i still hate the way i look, and i want to look good in a bikini for the summer!. kk thx guys!Www@Answer-Health@Com

First of all, if you eat as little as you're anticipating eating, you're not going to have the energy to exercise an hour and a half a day!. Do the exercise, drink lots, and make healthy choices for eating!.
Secondly, (or maybe this should have been first) if you are 5'5" and weigh 113 you don't need to lose weight at all, so why are we even talking!? Give me a break--- you're already a stick!. Who are you talking to that makes you think you need to lose weight!? (you probably should GAIN a bit of weight to look good in that bikini!)

He wrote a plan for me a while back and its brilliant!.

Its very quick, and i enjoyed the attention lol!. Give it a go

you are superrrr skinny!!! 5'4" and 113!!! im 5'1" and 130!! you don NOT neeeed to lose weight at alll!!! and if you are not gunna eat breakfast, you will end up gaining weight!. eat a very small breakfast to start ur metabolism!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Are you kidding!? You are young and beautiful I can tell!.

When we try to lose weight that way our bodies tell us to hold on to the fat because starving yourself that way triggers the body to say "Whoa, no food going in here, stop burning the unecessary calories, just keep her alive, hold on to the fat!"

I am also 5'5, and a grown woman of course, but at 13 you are pretty tall! I never weighed 113 pounds, but thought I looked hot when I was 140! So don't over do the weight loss thing, you are supposed have some curves anyway!Www@Answer-Health@Com
