Are there exercises I can do for Abs & lower body that will not irritate my injured shoulder?
Without going into the details, I injured my right shoulder and need surgery this Sept. I have been unable to lift weights but I still do some aerobic activity (treadmill, elliptical) In the meantime are there exercises I can do for Abs and lower body that will not involve or irritate my injured (right)shoulder

You can do bodyweight squats, bodyweight lunge variations, and stair step-ups. You can also do just about any ab exercises without irritating your shoulders.
