Does my weight loss plan make sense to you?
okay, so i've already lost around 60 lbs, but i want to lose more. i dont have an exact target weight, though because i stopped weighing myself since muscle weighs more than fat.
anyways, here's my plan. i eat-breakfast (normally cereal and fruit), snack, lunch (normally sandwich and veggies), snack, dinner (normally lean cuisine). and i drink water throughout the day.
soon, i'm going to eat only fruits and veggies for snacks, but i'm slowly going into it, i dont want to just jump into that.
plus, i workout almost everyday.
does that sound good to you?
