Small goals to weight loss?

Just wondering, I was recently on Weight Watchers and did good with it, losing 15 pounds since January. I decided to go off of WW cause I am able to do it on my own. Just this week I decided to set small goals since I've been steady with my weight for a few weeks. My first goal was to take my vitamins everyday, I know they make me feel better so I need them. My second goal was to not eat after 9pm. I know most people say 7pm but I work nights and that's not realistic. My third goal was to drink more water. Are there any other realistic goals besides working out, i'm definitely trying to get to the gym more. But I'm slowly trying to set more goals to help reach my weight loss goals. Thanks.

What a great idea! Setting small goals will definitely help in achieving many things, not just weight loss.

I am on a different diet, I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and I did it all on my own after reading up. I eat lots of vegetables with lean meat, with some complex carbos and very little simple carbos.

It helps not only in weight loss but improve my health statistics too.
