Well this must be the question of the week!. :-) At 5!.5 you certainly can weigh more than your friends that are 5 foot!. Many things factor into weight!. Your body frame, muscle mass, and your age!. You can start by studying the food charts to learn what to eat, so you eat properly!. Get lots of rest and lots of exercise too!. I will include some links below so you can get more information!. The one is for disabled but has lots of great infromation about eating!. After reading some more info, If you are concerned about weight, not enough or too much, talk with a doctor or school health nurse!.
