What are some cardio excercises?!

Question: What are some cardio excercises!?
Is basketball cardio!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Yes!. Any sustained rhythmic exercise that works the heart rate like swimming, running!.!.!.etc is cardiovascular!.

However, to get a six-pack you will need:
? Low body fat - roughly 10% and under!.
? Good genetics - some people have good genetics, some don't!.

Get your diet down first:
? Eat little but often!. 6 small meals a day are way better than 3 big ones!.
? Cut down on carbs, the only carbs you should eat are clean carbs like pasta, brown bread, steamed brown rice!.!.!.etc!.
? Have plenty of protein!. Take your weight in pounds - that amount in grams his the least amount of protein you should take per day!. Your body burns calories breaking down protein!.
? Drink lots of water and eat lots of veg!. With every meal!. Again, your body burns calories breaking veg down!.

Building muscle is the quickest way to stripping fat, rather than cardio!. During cardio, your body will want to hold on to your fat to sustain you, and it will burn muscle (Ever see big weightlifters on treadmills!? Nope!)!. Losing muscle leads to a drop in your metabolism!. Essentially, the more muscle you have at any one point in time, the more calories you will burn - whatever the task, even sitting on your backside!.

Go to the gym regularly and do weight training!. Keep a bit of cardio in but don't overdo it!. Stick with the main compound lifts like the deadlift, dips, bench press, chin-ups, dumbbell rows, squats, military press!.!.etc!. All are excellent for building muscle!.

Rather than keeping track of how much you weigh, take pictures of yourself every 8 weeks!. Don't look back on these pictures until it's time for another!. Forget about BMI etc, pictures are the best indicators of your progress!.

Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

basketball could be considered cardio, it just depends on how long you play!.
Losing fat through cardio is all about the duration (the longer the better) and not about the intensity!. It works better to go walk/cycle for 1!.5 hours than run really fast for 20 minutes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes it is, and it also helps to tone the muscles in your entire body!. Enjoy basketball, and the health benefits will be an added bonus for you!.
Don't forget to eat enough healthy carbs & fats to facilitate all the energy you're using!.

brown rice, whole grain pasta, fruits & veggies, nuts, ground flax seeds on your whole grain cereal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

anything that you do that lets you maintain a certain training heart rate for an extended, continuous period of time - for at least 20 minutes!. Treadmill, Bike, Swimming, Basketball would qualify as long as you were continuously moving and keeping your heart rate up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
