Question: EXPERTS: 10pts - Do I have to eat soon or will this do!?
It's really early and I don't want to eat breakfast so early, so I want to wait a while!. But since you're supposed to eat within an hour of waking up or your body will store fat, can I get away with having a tiny amt of calories right now, like some coffee w/ a tiny bit of milk, or two prunes, or something to hold me over til breakfast!? Or since those would be so low in calories would my body still store breakfast as fat if I ate it later!?

It's always best to drink water right after you wake up and then go to the bathroom!. It will help with detoxing!.
Try to drink milk or juice instead of coffee, so you don't get caffeine in your system so early!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

eat something with medium amound of carbs, low sugar and low fat, as soon as you get up and eat, the sooner your body will burn fat!. believe me, i spend ALOT of time researching things like this!. also, things like exercising before meals burns more calories because it rises your meatbolism BEFORE you eat!. but an ideal breakfast would me a small amount of cereal and a piece of fruit!. as early as possible :-) guaranteed!. good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

The theory is that your body will go into stress and try to retain fat if you don't eat something every three hours or so!.

You can have something now!.!.!. and then have breakfast without ill effect!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

eat something small like you mentioned and dont drink juice or milk or any of that stuff!. drink water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
