Question: If I Lose Weight !.!.!. !?
If i got down to my proper weight could i eat junk food once a week and still maintain my weight!. I ask this because i heard the closer you are to your proper weight , the higher your metabolism is!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Even if you're not at your "proper" weight you can still have a cheat day once a week!. In fact, it's encouraged!. You don't have to go overboard (and you probably won't want to once you start eating healthy the majority of the time), but you could treat yourself to pizza or cake or whatever you craze!. Other people spread their cheat day out throughout the week, so instead of having one full day of junk, they'll have a very small portion of their favorite junk each day!.

The reason this is encouraged is that 1) it keeps you sane and human :) and 2) it allows you to focus on other things and not obsessively think about the cheesecake you're craving!. If you deny yourself something you really want, eventually you'll be thinking about it all the time and you'll cave in and end up eating tons of it, or if you don't cave, you'll just be miserable!. Allow yourself to cheat a little, and it'll help boost your morale about your fitness!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
