Question: I need help (Picturess included) PLz zz answer!?
I am going to start a fresh, clean slate with a new diet all starting This Wednesday and i need some help doing it!. I am around 130-135 pounds and am 5'9!. I am Getting into modeling soon and need to lose about 15 pounds so don't tell me not to!.
What are some CRASH DIETS that i can do!? I am going to try the master cleanse around the end of June!.!.like june 25th, but what is a good crash diet to do starting this Wednesday!? I was thinking of doing my 900 calorie diet again because i lost 7 pounds doing that before in just one week, but what kinds of food should i eat!? Should i cut all carbs!?
HELP!

i lost about 10-12 pounds in 2 weeks from eating a 600 calorie diet and cutting all meat and cheese
and eating as little carbs as possible
i drink 2 large glasses of fresh squeezed apple juice a day {keeps you full without adding a lot of calories}
also i walked ALOT
try this and you should be fine

BTW-those bodies arnt real the pictures are taken then its run through photoshop making them look thinner
i know this because i do it for a modeling company
i get pictures of girls that are 5'10 maybe 110 pounds and make them look annorexic

Glass of either orange or apple juice

Lunch:
Fruit Salad (made of kiwi fruit, orange, pineapple, and peeled apples)
Glass of fruit juice (from one of the above fruits)

Dinner:
Glass of non carbonated water
Green apple


i suggest cutting MOST carbs, but almost all sugars!. however, don't use splenda or anything that has aspartame!.!.!.use sweet n low if possible!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Keep in mind that these photos have been edited and those women probably dont look like that in real life!. SET reasonable goals for your self and stick to it! I am in the weight loss battle myself and I find that everything in moderation is okay, but I do go to the gym three days a week and cut out a lot of carbs at dinner time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Weight loss for teenage girls can become an obsession!. It's a hard enough time for girls without a weight problem!. Almost every girl looks at her tiniest flaws as monumental, and for those who are truly overweight, taking off the pounds cannot happen fast enough!. However, patience in this and most other arenas in life, is a virtue that will help not hurt!. Instead, many doctors recommend a safe weight loss of 1-2 pounds per week!. I know that sounds like peanuts to a teenager who has 20 or more pounds to lose, but the results will be more likely to be permanent if weight loss is accomplished safely!.

If you eat smaller (healthy) meals, but eat every couple hours throughout the day, your metabolism will speed up to keep up with the demands, in turn, burning more calories!. Keep track of when you eat, and schedule in a snack within 2 hours!. Preparing a few low calorie snacks to have on hand is a weapon of many successful healthy weight people!. Making mini crustless quiches using the new egg substitute that has a yolk in it is an easy on the go breakfast!.
