What can i add to my diet and exercise to loose the pounds quiker?!


Question: What can i add to my diet and exercise to loose the pounds quiker!?
i need to lose about 20 to 25 ibs by mid july, i tend to lose about 2 to 3 ibs a week, is there anything that can make it go faster!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

it's too easy to lose ur 5 pounds kilos in 1 week
stop eating candies ,chips and chocolate ,,or eat them 1 time a week
eat a lot of vegetables all the day, when you feel you are hungry , make a bowl of salad but with a little quantity of oil
eat grilled red meat or chicken or fish about 200g on your principal lunch
make a 30 min sport exercises every day (you can do it while listening to some music)
be away from ;; fast food, lot of sugar ,alcoholic drinks ,and fat sources

drink a lot of water all over the day but 30 before and 1 hour after a luch

Whatever you do don't start a diet that you stop eating, or you will train your metabolism to be slower!. Instead, eat a large breakfast so that you do crave snacks all day!. Try to eat the recommended serving sizes of your food!. Also, you might want to try recording the amount of food you take in!. Make sure you get enough exercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

-only eat fruit, veggies, seeds, nuts, green tea
-very little/ or no bread, pasta, rice, dairy products
-do not sit down because when sitting down the metabolism slows down!.
