I feel paranoid?!


Question: I feel paranoid!?
my family is very attractive!. none of us are overweight!.
for example!.!.!. i am 5'6 and weigh 128
mom is 5'5 and 120 brother 4'11 and 98 and dad is 6'2 and 195
no one really eats that much!. i started barely eating anything!. it didn't bother anyone until my hair started falling out!. then, they said eat more!. but it makes me feel like a pig!. i ate hungry girl french toast (200 calories) and no one else ate!. mom walked in, looked at the stove and walked out!. they eat!. i dont know!. i feel like i need to eat the least since im losing weight!. (120 pounds is my goal) im so confused!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your family definitely has weight issues!. A friend of mine is from a family like this!. The first thing they comment on when they see you is your weight "Wow, you look good - have you lost weight!?" or "Mmmmm!.!.!.you're looking!.!.!.healthy!.!.!.have you put on weight!?"!. They always worry about how big they are, they monitor everything they eat - and what each other eats!.

You really need to eat!. If your hair is falling out then you aren't getting the right nutrition!. I know it's hard to believe when you're young, but this stuff can have a life-long impact!. My sister was anorexic and she ended up with awful hair and skin and became infertile!. It can damage your internal organs - including your heart!.

You need to find a way to get a realistic idea of your body shape - obviously you think you're fat, and you're not!. You could look at your BMI and see that it is at the low end of normal!. You could have a look at the size of clothing you wear and realise that you are small!. You need to tell yourself that you are thin, you are not fat, and you need to believe it!. You need to realise that you have to eat to live - food is your fuel, not your enemy!. And somewhere you have to stop worrying about your family's attitude to eating and weight and develop your own set of healthy values!. The best thing I've done is started exercising regularly!. You will feel fit and strong and you don't worry about weight so much!. You'll find your measurements will get smaller without thinking too much about it and you'll be so much healthier than anyone in your family!.

Eat well but only when hungry and not more than thrice a day!. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%!. To have more satisfaction out of ur food, Chew each morsel at least 32 times!. This will also activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness!. Obey these signals!. Do not go on fast or starvation diet!.

Nothing other than water in between!.

No special diet, call it by any name or program helps as one cannot adopt them on permanent basis!. Diet pills are chemicals and per se bad and shud be avoided unless the doc considers it necessary looking at ur condition!.

Take light exercises and brisk walks for 30 min!.regularly preferably on empty stomach and twice a day!.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time and hassle free!.

Be patient and not in a hurry!.

U cannot choose spots for reduction!.

This schedule can be adopted on permanent basis to lead a healthy life and maintain weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
