I can't stop eating junkfood!!!?!


Question: I can't stop eating junkfood!!!!?
So far, I've had a large bag of Chips Ahoy cookies, 3 bowls of ice cream, 15 peanut Butter-filled cookies, a large box of Junior MInts, and 3/4 a large bag of chips, and I'm still hungry!! Help me!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

try to set yourself goals!. Start with small ones, maybe like limit your junk food eating to 3/4 of what you usually have!. Then go over to bigger goals, and in the end your goal should be No junk food!. But that's difficult, so I think you should go for cutting away 4/5 of the junk food you usually eat in the end, or else it will be easier to just fall back!.
In addition, you should have a friend or family member to help you out, like making sure you don't cheat!. It does work as long as that person is someone you can trust and doesn't let you cheat, lol!. I'm having two friends watch over me so I don't eat a lot of junk food, they just hit me lightly if I'm about to buy/eat junk food!. So the method should work for you too =)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I find the way to stop my daughters eating junk food is not to buy it!. If they feel peckish and go to the fridge/cupboard all they find is homemade food!. Homemade cakes with all natural ingredients - no butter!. Vegetables like carrots cut up in the fridge, fruits like apples, oranges, strawberries delicious and healthy!. The monosodium glutomate in junk food is addictive and plays hell with your metabolism so avoid it and eat healthily!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you must absolutely hate yourself if you can do that to your body - do you realize you're setting yourself up for diabetes and heart disease and you're only 12!!! First of all, it's not bad to eat a lot but you're eating junk! when you feel really hungry, eat two apples and wait 20 minutes!. If you are still hungry, just eat fruit! It's far better to binge on fruit than junk food! Your parents must be concerned about your eating habits, ask them to take you to see a nutritionist before you get to be 200 poundsWww@Answer-Health@Com

you definately need to start eating healthier

replace junk food with fruits and vegetables

the reason that your are eating so much is because junk food does not fill you up, it actually makes you crave more junk food

vegetables and fruits on the other hand fill you up so you wont be hungry for more

Youre still hungry because there is no substance to the food youre eating!. You are consuming loose calories that translate into fat in your body!. Now if you ate meat, cheese, or protein in general!. You wouldn't feel hungry!.

Why do you do that to yourself!? You are only going to be more hungry and feel worse in the end!. Stop! It is that easy!. Just stop!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The best way to avoid junk food is not having it easily accessible to you!. Instead of that kind of food ask your parents to buy fruits and low fat yogart and things like that for when you want a snack!. There are healthier alternatives to all the foods you mentioned!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
