I want to look good in a bikini?!


Question: I want to look good in a bikini!?
I'm 5'6" and 127lbs!. I know that isn't too terrible, but I feel like theres a bit of extra weight around my thighs and I really need to thin them out!. Also, my tummy isn't so yummy!.!.!.!.!.!.Any help!? :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Instead of eatting three meals a day, eat 6 - 8!. Really, cut the portions basically in half and eat less, more often!. It keeps your insulin, sugar in better balance instead of spiking and dropping like a rock!.

Eat as clean as you can, less fat, less carbs, more protein!.

Now for the easy stuff!.

Using a scale of 1 - 10 1= working as hard as watching TV on the couch 10 = as hard as YOU can go

start out by walking at a level of 5 for 2 minutes as a warm up!.
level 6 for 1 minute
level 7 for 1 minute
8 for 1 minute
9 for 1 minute
6 for 1 minute
7 for 1
8 for 1
9 for 1
6 for 1
7 for 1
8 for 1
9 for 1
6 for 1
7 for 1
8 for 1
9 for 1
10 for 1
5 for 1

This last only 20 minutes, and can be done every other day or daily!.

If ya add weight training to that do the walking every other day and your weight training on the opposite days!.

start riding an exersize bike or just a normal bush bike for at least half an hour a day it really tones the thighs and bum and for ur tummy! lay on the ground put ur legs in the air and begin to lower and raise them but dont let them touch the ground do this for 15 min a dayWww@Answer-Health@Com

Don't eat!.
