What should I eat every day to lose weight?!


Question: What should I eat every day to lose weight!?
I mainly eat things that are organic, transfat-free, etc!., but I feel like I snack too much at home and I eat too many processed foods when out at other places besides my house!.

Usually I have oatmeal for breakfast (on some occasions, pancakes or muffins, but not very often)!. For lunch, I have a peanut butter sandwich and apple or a salad or a jumble of random snacks!. For dinner, it varies completely from day to day!. Whole wheat spaghetti and salad OR fortified bean chile and cheese biscuits OR fat-less steak with corn and brocolli!.!.!.!.!.you get the idea, it's always different!., but usually healthy!. Anyway, in between and after those meals, I snack A TON!. Sometimes I have two or three of the following: yogurt, an apple, some cheddar cheese, a spoonful of Peanut butter, half a PB&J, a small bowl of Cheerios, etc!. These sound like healthy choices, but I still think I eat too many, as in too big of portions of the healthy food!.

Can anyone help me create a healthy eating plan!? :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

You eat really well, and don't need to change much, but perhaps if you ate more protein you would be less hungry for snacks!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
