Question: What do you think of my weight!? and how did i eat today!?
i'm 18, 5'3 and between 108 and 111 lbs depending on the month
today what i ate was -
breakfast -
stonyfield yogurt - 130 cal
clif whole grain baked energy bar - 120 cal
lunch -
wrap (100 cal) with turkey, mustard, and a little bit of cranberry sauce - 200 cal
baby carrots with fat free dip
snack -
small peach
sugar free rice pudding - 70 cal
dinner -
Strawberry Poppyseed salad from panera - romaine lettuce, fresh strawberries, blueberries, pineapple tidbits, Mandarin oranges, pecans and our fat-free Poppyseed dressing!.

dessert -
fat free frozen yogurt - small

I know that at 5 feet, you should weigh about 100 pounds, and then you add 5 pounds per inch over 5 feet!.

Your weight sounds fine to me but it sounds like you had a bit too much dairy, you should just have like one yogurt or one rice pudding!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
