Question: How do you feel after a good workout!?
I get a high, and it's very addictive, a good addiction, better then the high I used to get eating sweets, at least this new drug is healthy!.!.!.

How do you feel, do you feel it, that high, a sense of feeling so good, your head is clear, your body feels good!.

It's hard to start working out, but when you're in to it, it's so great!. You just feel good about yourself and your body!.!.!.you have energy and want to eat better so not to waste all your efforts!.!.!.

And the weight loss from it, is healthy!. People who rely only on dieting for losing weight are setting themselves up for gaining all the weight back and more after they finish their diet, but if you exercise regularly, your weight loss is for the long term!.!.!.
