Question: Will this work/ 10 pounds!?
i want to be a little more toned before july!. here is what im doing:
eating 1400 calories full of lean protein!. doing and hour or more of cardio a day, and taking hydroxycut!.
so do you think it will work!? (and please dont tell me i shouldnt use diet pills, im so over people telling me this!. especially people who have NEVER toke them before)Www@Answer-Health@Com

When you say that your consuming 1400 c!. of lean protein, do you mean that protein is the ONLY thing you're eating!? Protein is good!.!.!.!.low carb is good, especially if you're avoiding eating anything white in color; however, just a little bit of advice:
Make sure you're eating plenty of fiber and drinking even more water!. Why!?
Because, for one, you're going to constipate yourelf and that is not going to be pleasant!. You need the water and fiber to keep your colon healthy and especially your kidneys!. When you eat a very high protein diet, you're system is having to continue to rid itself of any excessive materials left over from metabolism!. Not all of the protein you're eating is used!. Some of it will have to be excreted!. Protein molecules are large ones and they tend to clump together and stop up the kidneys when you don't have enough water to wash them through!. That's not a problem if you drink about two gallons of water a day!. Water is also essential to your bowels, as is fiber!. If you don't keep your bowels hydrated and fibered up, you won't be able to poop!. When this happens, it's not pleasant and you won't feel like working out or running or anything so include plenty of fiber in your diet or take fiber supplements!. Fiber in the diet does not add weight!. It simply breaks down the wastes and keeps your colon lubricated!.
If you're not eating any veggies, you certainly need to be taking some serious vitamin and mineral supplements!. Your body cannot subsist on protein alone!. If you try to do this, you'll start losing tone and the body will think that it's starving so you'll starting storing fat where you don't want it!.
The best solution is to balance your diet with a low carbohydrate intake and lots and lots of water!.
Also, if your main diet consists of proteins, why in the hell are you taking diet pills!? The idea is not to stop eating!. It's to make the body's metabolism burn up the fats that accumulate and to build protein where needed!. The diet pills are just making you NOT HUNGRY and that's putting your health in jeapardy!. It is essentially foolish so whether you want to hear it or not, it would be irresponsible for anyone to tell you to continue to take the diet pills when you're on a low carb diet anyway!.
If you don't understand how the body uses the three essential energy fuels (carbohydrates, fats and proteins) then you should find a copy of the book in the Sources section below and read it!. Then you'll understand why the diet pills are really unnecessary and quite frankly, ridiculous!. You simply don't need them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

simple-NO!. Try revamping what you eat for breakfast and lunch and cut out any snacks in between!. For dinner make your favorite dishes but modify them so they are healthier!. Also drink water and cut out any other beverages!. Doing just an hour of cardio will not help!. I suggest doing 30 minutes of weight lifting then 30-45 minutes of cardio!. By doing this you will lose 10 pounds in around 2 weeks!. If you put your mind to it you can do anything!.---On hydroxycut I would suggest staying away from it at all costs!.!.!.it simply does not work and negatively effects your body more than helps it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
