Im 5'6'', 14, and 108 lbs.?
im also really lazy. any easy workout ideas? ive been trying the ones in cosmogirl and 17 but they take too much time and i never feel like doing them.
Answers:
Your at a healthy weight. Do not try to lose weight because it will lead to problems. If you feel like you need to "tone" your body rather then losing weight....which is what I hope your referring too. Try these ideas....
1.) Walk every single day its good for you mentally and physically!
2.) When watching t.v. or during commercials try to fit in a couple of sit ups/push ups.
3.) Always remember if your determined you can accomplish ANYTHING! Keep your diet, mind, and body healthy. Your body is a temple so treat it well and it will be here for you for years to come!
