Question: Diet: bread, soy milk, and water!. Healthy or not!?
Breads, like: whole wheat, hamburger buns, and hot dog buns!.

Soy milk: has vitamins and minerals, protein, and fat!.

well take out the bread and add a lot of leafy dark green veggitables and fruit and you are on the right track!.

Bread is not healthy, the grains are not good if you eat to much, white bread is totally bad for you and good for nothing, and the yeast is harmful!. sour dough rye and whole wheat is ok though in moderation!.

Brown rice is excellent, white rice or any stripped grain is terrible, and a negative!.

No dairy and no meat is a good thing, especially when you use soy which is a good protein food, though some people really do need meat, usually those with type O blood need meat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Oh sweetie, that will never do! You need a much wider variety of foods to stay healthy as a vegetarian!. At a minimum, you need to add fruits, vegetables, more protein sources and better quality grains!.

Fruits -- 2-4 pieces every day (or 1/2 cup servings)

Vegetables -- 3-5 every day (1/2 cup servings)

Protein sources -- nuts and nut butters (like peanut butter or almond butter), beans, lentils, seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, flax), other soy products like tofu, tempeh, TVP and a great variety of veggie "meats" (Boca, Morningstar Farms, Amy's Organics, Gardenburger, Quorn)!.

Whole grains -- whole grain bread and pasta, low-fat and low-sugar breakfast cereals, oatmeal, boiled grains (rice, barley, millet, quinoa, bulgur)!.

There are also other soy-based "dairy" products like Earth Balance buttery spread (trans fat-free margarine), soy yogurt (Silk brand is yummy and pretty easy to find) and grain-based cheeses!.

Did you know that when you don't eat enough, your matabolism slows down ALOT!. And your body holds on to the food because it knows you are starving it!. And in the long run you will GAIN weight!. If you were to eat 6 small healthy meals a day, your body would be working to dispurse the nurients, that your matabolism speeds up and you begin to lose weight!. Alos having a cut off time 2hrs before bedtime will also help!. Cut off (stop eating) time around 7!. Don't starve your body, it's like asking your car to run without any gas!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
