Question: For breakfast!!?
if i'm about to go on a run at like 12 noon, should i eat two cups of (strawberry and cream; not regular) oatmeal, or just one cup!?
or should i just stick with whole grain fiber cereal like grape nut flakes, with low fat milk!?
which is better for me if im gonna be running!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
