Hey I'm 18 years old and last summer I weighed 143 pounds and went on Weight Watchers and got down to 116...
recently I've been doing way too much binging (i mean SERIOUS BINGING) and I weighed myself yesterday to see I weighed 123 =/ I'm just wondering if anyone thinks this will come off easily if i stop the binging or am I gonna have to work my *** off again? I've gained this weight within a 2week time frame from bingeing...

It's been proven that permanently changing eating habits is the only way to keep weight off. Start walking and drink plenty of water. More exercise can help with those bingeing spurts. As you know, putting it on is always easier than taking it off. Congratulations and hang in there.
