red meat, fish, poultry, lentils, beans, leaf vegetables, tofu, chickpeas, black-eyed peas (not the band lol)

One of the foods richest in iron I've been told is liver!. It's also one of the most yuckiest foods in the world!. ICK! YUCK! I don't care how it's prepared, liver is liver is liver!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
