Both Diets work in helping you to lose weight but weight watchers gives you a healthy eating plan which you follow for the rest of your life to maintain your healthy weight!.

From my experience Weght watchers its really easy to understand!.!. then only thing is you would have to make it a way fo life!.!. problem with these weight clubs are its good when you join them and loose the weight but f you don;t keep at it!.!. it comes back on and then some!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
My daughter goes to Weight Watcher and she uses the point system and she has lost 50 pounds and she has her husband on it and he has lost 33 pounds in short period of time!. I opted for Lap Band and I eat their diet and lost 27 pounds!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
