How can I lose weight at 14 years old?!

How can I lose weight at 14 years old?

I am 190 pounds and 5' 7. I would like to lose 50 pounds by Thanksgiving. If I do 2 hours of cardio 6 days a week, and consume 1250 calories, is this possible?

Yes it should work, but also toss in walking.
