Question:

If I don't eat and just drink water for a week, how much weight will I lose?

I'm just trying to lose weight in the quickest way possible. I was going to try the Maple Syrup Diet but it's way too expensive. Don't bother telling me about the health hazards, etc. I know. Just, how much weight would I be losing, and if I kept it on for longer how many lbs would I lose?


Answers:

Ok, you might lose 5-8 lbs.....but as soon as you start eating, you will gain it ALL back.....plus more. When you starve your body and then feed it again, it will hold on to ALL that food and store it because it's afraid you'll starve it again. It would take 4-6 weeks of eating normally for your body to get back to normal.

So, besides health issues.....this is just a worthless attempt at losing weight.

If you want to lose weight and keep it off, do it the right way. No less than 1,200 calories a day, eat healthy, eat smaller portions and exercise.
