Question: I'm 9 on 10 and i weigh 98 pounds and i'm way over weight help to loose alot of weight!!?
need to loose it in 3 to 4 weeks need to get to 65 pounds to fit in my skinny girl bikkini! HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You want an answer I will give you answer! In the next 3-4 weeks do the following and you will lose as much weight as the afford you put into it

Drink green tea twice a day every morning and afternoon
Drink a gallon of ice cold water a day(that should be the only thing you drink water/tea)
eat 5-6 times small meals a day stay away from junk food and have your last meal 5 hours before you go to bed
Run every other day and work out in the day in between, so you can build some muscle(The more muscle you got the more fat you will burn due out the day!.)

If you can do those things you will lose good amount of weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First of all, if you are nine years old, you do NOT need to be trying to lose weight! And you're talking about ONE THIRD of your entire body weight!!! That is VERY BAD for your body!.

If you are so concerned about your weight, you need to talk to your parents about it!. At your age, you need to focus on eating healthy foods and staying active!. You need to understand that everybody grows differently, so don't pressure yourself to look like anybody else!.

No boy is worth trying to change the way you look!. If the only reason he might like you is how skinny you are, then he's not worth stressing over anyways! The only reason you should worry about your weight is for your health!. If that is the case, then you and your parents can talk to your doctor about healthier eating habits and activities!.

Please don't harm yourself by trying any diet or exercise without talking to your parents and a doctor first!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

first of all, there is no way you are going from 98 pounds to 65 pounds in that amount of time!!!! and you are crazy to thing you are overweight!.!.!.you are supposed to be gaining weight right now!. you should still be exercising and eating right to maintain your weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Losing weight takes patience and perseverance!. Just eating diet foods will not cut it!.
Sooo, I would suggest some daily form of excersize (maybe jogging) and a limmit on junk foods and the amount of what you eat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you are not way over weight!!! ur almost 10 you dont need to be worrying about this!! if you really want to look "good" in ur bikini, than just eat healthy and exercise!. but dont do anything drastic!. and 65 pounds is waaayyy to skinny!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
