Question: OMG i just pigged out this past week, HELP! Will it show!?
I was morbidly depressed this past week, I mean morbidly, and I ate SO much and the worst foods!. I had at least 2-3 mc donalds huge burgers, double deckers, etc, large order of french fries, donuts galore, so much, and all of this spanned about a week!.

I feel bloated, full, depressed even more now, and I just feel like ****!.

Did I just completely blow it, and it will all start to show!? and if it does shoe, when will it start to!?


Can I do anything to make up for this week of binge hell!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

No this is not the real problem and you had an episode of binge eating but don't worry about that!.!. It will all get back to normal!.!. the weight I mean once you start eating normal again and do some exercise!.!. but your main problem is that you suffer from depression!.!. this feeling of guilt about having had a ''binge'' at eating and cramming down as much junk food as possible that is something a lot of people do once in a while and if they exercise again and eat healthy food for the most part of their week then an occasional binge eating is not a big problem and will not make you into an obese person!.!. but you do have a problem that one cannot solve as easily!.!. the main problem you face is depression and with that you do need help!.!.!. Don't feel bad about this!.!. you are just one of billions of people suffering from depression but you do need the help of a councellor and the sooner you seek help the better for you!.!.!. Please do see your doctor!.!. he can get you into touch with a specialist who will treat your depression!.!. depression doesn't mean you are abnormal!.!.!. a lot of normal people suffer from depression!.!. but prolonged depression ruins and destroys your life like a cancer and help is available!.!. Nothing to be ashamed about to say you suffer from depression!.!. They can help you!.!. all you need to do is reach out and go for help!.!. they will work with you and help you get through this!.!. you know for yourself that this is the real problem!.!. the ''pigging out '' and having eaten a lot more than was good for you !.!. was something that is just a side effect of the main problem which all comes down to depression!.!.!. Either way, there isn't a lot you can do about it other than get right back into the regime you were in before, and wait for it to come off!. You will, of course, gain weight from that amount of unhealthy food, but it will come off again over time if you get right back into a healthy exercise and diet regime!.

Eugh!.!.!.i FEEL your pain!. I did the same thing, except i ate like nutella, ice cream, cookies, carbs, EVERYTHING in site!
I won't go on the scale b!.c i don't wanna know how much i gained!.!.!.i suggest you do the same, at least for a good 3-4 days!.
Try to walk!.!. as much as possible!.!.or run and just drink a ton of water and eat healthy now!.

you probably gained a pound or two which you can easily lose if u return to normal eating habits and up the exerciseWww@Answer-Health@Com
