The appearance of stretch marks is not something you can prevent altogether!. Whether you are pregnant, an athlete, or going through rapid growth spurts, you are more than likely going to spot a few stretch marks here and there!. Also, if your weight tends to fluctuate a lot, you may be more susceptible to stretch marks!. Stretch marks usually develop on the stomach, waist, upper thighs, chest and arms!. They may be very subtle, or very visible!. No matter how severe, there are many ways to reduce stretch marks!.

There is a lot of stretch mark treatment available on the market these days!. Some treatments are more effective in fading or even eliminating stretch marks, but the success of the treatment depends on a few different things!. First of all is the color and age of the stretch marks!. If they have faded to a flesh color they are much harder to heal!. Second of all, ethnicity and heredity play a role in which creams, oils and other products or equipment will succeed in healing stretch marks!.

I dont' think diet has any impact on stretchmarks!. I was under the impression that weight gain quickly would cause these, but it can also be created by hormonal changes!. What causes them is the lack of collagen and elastin in the skin which makes the skin lose it's elasticity!. Cocoa Butter is good!. I used the butter when I was pregnant and I didnt' get any stretchmarks where I put it on!. It's perfectly normal to have them, but if you are worried, I would apply Cocoa Butter to the affected area when you are getting ready in the morning and before bed!. Over time the lines will fade so they are practically invisible, but they are pretty much scars and don't go away 100%!. I really wouldn't stress over this; I'm betting no one would even notice them unless you pointed them out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm afraid there is little or nothing you can do about your stretch marks outside surgery, even then you will only be improving the look of them as distinct from getting rid of them!. Clinical tests on various drugs are inconclusive at best!. However, I'm a man and got stretch marks from a growth spurt in my early teens!. You get used to them, they're not that bad!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yeah!. i'm 14 years old!. i am 5'8"weigh 120 and i have 2 stretch marks!. They are not always there!. I was wondering if usually they are always visible for most people because mine only become visible if sit hunched over in a school desk for a day!. I've been trying some cream which probaly does nothing!. My doctor gave me mederma which I hear doesn't work well and the day I went to see him they weren't there and he said I looked healthy and not overweight !.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Honey, if you find a way to get rid of stretch marks, you will become a billionaire!. They are hereditary!. you will get them if you are going to get them, no matter what kind of weight you gain!. Sorry!. It's a lot like spider veins or cellulite!. Just life!. Ask a dermatologist about how to reduce their appearance if it bothers you!. The expensive OTC creams are not miracle cures!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can't get rid of stretch marks!. They will become less noticeable over time!. I can't find mine unless I look for them!. There are products out there that say they can get rid of your strech marks, but you can't, they will fade in time!.

E-mail me if you have any further questions!. Best of luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you change your diet a little and exercise that area, to make the skin firmer and such, they should go away on their own!. I was given cream to put on mine, but it didn't work!. I just had to tighten up the muscles, so just give exercise a try!Www@Answer-Health@Com

you can try using cocoa butter, i hearrd that works well!. Unfortunately i dont think there are any other metods, especially not surgery because they are too deep in the skin!. They might fade as you get older though!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
