Well, she is most certainly underweight!. To me looks like a a low body fat % and low lean mass which is a bad combination that can lead to loss of the menstrual cycle, infertility, brittle bones amongst other things!.
I reckon she is about 5ft10 weighing around 110lb and probably 18% body fat!. So lets say she has around 20lb of fat which on a 5ft10 woman is not very much at all plus she only has 90lb of lean mass which is the average lean mass for a woman of 5ft2!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Since I don't go around studying the bodies of 13-year-old girls, I have no idea!.
What I can tell you is that her figure is disproportionate, and looks to have been heavily photoshopped!. Somebody went to great pains to make her look skinnier!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
